Divest Protect Invest OECD Filing and Submission 2020-2021
Divest Invest Protect worked with clinical law students over the course 2017-2020 to produce one of the first Indigenous-led Specific Instance filings at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) concerning coporate financing of extractive projects filed at the OECD US National Contact Point (USNCP) in Jan. 2020.

From 2016-2019, Divest Invest Protect worked in partnership with the Indigneous Peoples Law and Policy Program (IPLP) to bring human rights resources to impacted peoples regarding human rights violations relating to the Dakota Access Pipeline, including organizing a delegation of Indigenous women to testify before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights on the criminalization of Indigenous human rights defenders in the Americas as it relates to NODAPL protests at Standing Rock North Dakota and human rights abuses occuring at the U.S/Mexico border.
